About Isabella

I wanted to create this service because I really enjoy helping people work toward goals they’ve had in mind for a long time. We’ll sit down and talk about what you want to accomplish, what has made it difficult to get there, and how we can make the process less overwhelming. From there, we’ll build a plan around smaller steps that make sense for your life and give you a clear place to start.

Every plan will look a little different because it has to fit the person following it. We’ll consider your schedule, responsibilities, resources, and the amount of time you can actually give to the goal. Depending on what you’re working toward, I can also help you research options, compare practical choices, and organize the information so you’re not left trying to sort through every detail alone.

I want to work with people who are ready to put in the effort, even if they need some guidance or an extra push along the way. You don’t need to come to me with everything figured out. We’ll make changes when part of the plan isn’t working, and I’ll continue checking in to help you stay focused on what you want to accomplish.

By the end of a session, you won’t be looking at the whole goal and wondering how you’re supposed to do all of it. You’ll know what to focus on first, what can wait, and what you’re going to work on next. The goal itself may take time, but you’ll have a plan that gives you a realistic way to begin, and my continued support to help.

I’m currently completing my master’s degree in clinical psychology and working toward becoming a licensed therapist. While that’s the direction I’m headed, what I’m offering here is personal goal planning, practical research, organization, and accountability.
