What I collect and how it is handled
This is a small practice run by one person. Here is exactly what is stored and who can see it.
What is collected
- Your name and the email address you use for your account.
- Your signed client agreement.
- Your intake answers.
- Your Goal Map and the check-ins connected to it.
- Payment records handled by Stripe. Card numbers are processed by Stripe and are never stored on this site.
- Scheduling details for your sessions, including the Zoom link created for each one.
How it is stored
Your records are kept in a secure database behind your account login. I am the only person who can view client records. Nothing is sold, rented, or shared for advertising.
How email is used
Email is used for appointment confirmations, reminders, and secure links back to the client portal. Your plan and our written check-ins stay in the portal rather than in email threads.
Deleting your information
You can ask me to delete your records at any time. Email hello@isabellarassin.com from the address on your account and I will remove them, other than payment records I am required to keep for accounting.
